International calls must be initiated through our application or by using the provided local access number.

If you encounter issues such as echo, delay, interruptions, or poor audio quality, please try the following:
  - Ensure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network or have a strong mobile data signal.
  - Close any background applications that may be using your internet connection.
  - Use headphones with a microphone in noisy environments.
  - If the issue persists, please contact our support team with the time and destination details of the call.

The Cococel SMS service allows you to send international text messages from your account or application to mobile phones worldwide. This is an ideal solution for direct communication, as the recipient does not need an internet connection or a specific application.

1. Navigate to the SMS section on our website or to Messages in the application.
2. Enter the recipient's full international phone number, including the country code.
3. Compose your message (every 150 characters count as one SMS).
4. Select 'Send.' The recipient will receive it as a standard text message.

The cost varies by destination country. You can see the exact price per SMS before you send the message.

An active Cococel account with a sufficient balance is all that is required. You can send messages from our website or application using an internet connection. The recipient does not need a specific device or data plan to receive the message.

1. Confirm that the recipient's phone number, including the country code, is correct.
2. Ensure the recipient's phone is powered on and has a network signal.
3. Open the conversation in Messages to verify the message was sent.
If the message shows as sent but has not been received, please contact our support team with the number and the time you sent it.

Your friend's first purchase within 90 days of the invitation being registered that reaches the offer's minimum: top-ups (including eSIMs and data plans) or gift cards, depending on the offer, paid by card or another payment method. Cococel Balance doesn't count, whether bought or used to pay.

A few minutes after your friend's purchase is completed, in your Cococel Balance. Some purchases go through a review and can take longer.

Because someone at Cococel has to check it before crediting it, for example after a security signal or because you reached the program's reward limit. It isn't lost: we check it within a reasonable time.

No. A friend gives you the invite code, and you use it when you create your account, or within the next 7 days, before your first purchase. A promo code is a discount you enter at checkout.

Create your account with your friend's code, verify your phone and, within 90 days of your invitation being registered, make a first purchase of at least the minimum, paid by card or another payment method. Cococel Balance doesn't count.

If there's a welcome reward, you get it when you verify your phone. Your first purchase's reward reaches your Cococel Balance a few minutes after it is completed; some purchases go through a review.
